A TRENDY GAL : HOW TO KEEP FIT AFTER CNY ?

You may eat a lot after the Chinese Lunar New year during last few days. Here I would recommend one very good recipe for you to keep fit after the holidays :-


TOMATO SOUP

INGREDIENTS (for 2 person)
TOMATO : 4-5 PC
CORROT : 1 PC
ONION : 3/4 PC
CELERY : 1/4 PC
CHICKEN SOUP : 6-10 BOWLS
SALT : LITTLE

METHOD
1) Wash all the ingredients above (tomato/corrot / onion/ celery) and cut them in a small piece.
2) Pour in 6-10 bowls of chicken soup + 3 bowls of water and bring to the boil.
3) Put all the small piece ingredients and double boil for 1.5 hour.
4) Season with salt. Serve.
