This swine flu / pig flu is getting in very serious situtation, up-date news over 145 death in Mexico and all the people have to pay attention and keep the healthy body to avoid the flu......
Exercise is a vital part for the health & for any weight loss plan. It burns calories while you do it and creates a metabolic boost that means you continue burning calories at a higher rate when you stop exercising. On this diet you will be doing three types of exercise :
1) During the week you will be doing "stealth exercise", which you will build into your day potentially without even noticing.
2) In additon, you will do a simple 8 ~ 10 minutes daily toning plan to help rev up your metabolism and firm up your muscles from top to toe.
3) At weekends you will do a little more activity as you will need to balance out your extra food intake, but it will be something tht you choose to do and that you really enjoy.
At the moment you might see exercise - like most diets - as a chore, but when you realize that exercise doesn't need to involve the gym, nor pain and discomfort, and in some case not even need a tracksuit and trainers, you will realize that exercising can brighten up and energize your weekend, as well as power up your weight loss.
Don't be afraid of the exercise part of the plan. Aim to enjoy it and you might find that you change more about your life than just your weight over the next few weeks or months. After all, taking part in a regular exercise programme has been shown to improve your energy levels and mood, to help maximize your immunity, to promote deeper, sounder sleep and even help to boost your sex life - not to mention the fact that with every step your take your are reducing your risk of serious, long-term illnesses like heart disease and cancer. It really is an all-round way to makeover your body.

Weekdays
Whatever diet they are on, most dieters find it fairly easy to stick to their diet plan during the week. This combination calorie boost means that it is Monday to Friday when you will primarily lose weight on this diet plan. At weekends you will relax a bit - just like you do mentally and physically when the usual MOnday to Friday routine stops. From Saturday morning untill Sunday night you can eat any food you like - chocolate, chips, Chinese takeouts anything you like - just as long as you stick to some simple guidelines. In a nutshell, thses guidelines teach you to get back in touch with you body so you can determine what it really needs in terms of the good you eat.

Taking time off dieting every weekend also means you will effectively recharge your diet batteries. YOu will be able to give in to any cravings you have had during the week so they won't plague you next week and stall your weight loss, and you can ejoy social events without feeling that you are cheating and triggering the associated guilt binge. It maight sound like a gimmick but there are actually good scientific reasons why the diet can work.

A TRENDY GAL - Simple Diet

I read a book before, and it found this diet was very simple.


For 5 days a week you follow a structured low-calorie, nutrient-rich, metabolism-boosting diet and exercise plan.


Then for the two days of the weekend you can eat whatever yo like. Essentially, you divide your dieting life, just as most of us divide our weeks - into weekdays and weekend days with different rules for each.
