A TRENDY GAL - Exercises in Living

"No time to have exercises" is the excuse of not developing the habits of exercises for people in the city. In fact, there are chances of doing exercises at home in our daily lives and it is good to have a look.
CHILDERN
1. Do more calisthenics in the morning.
2. Do simple housework such as tidying up the bed, tables and toys.
3. Walk more and climb stairs.
4. Play at the podium and park every day.
5. Participate in more sports such as playing football or dancing and do not play video games the whole day.
6. Go to the countryside in holidays such as hiking and riding bicycles.
ADULTS

2. Choose to walk stairs instead of using lift.
3. Get off the bus at one or two stations earlier to have more walking when going to office or home.
4. Have simple housework every night such as cleaning the floor with vacuum cleaner and washing dishes.
5. Use remote control less often when watchingtelevision and walk a few steps to control the television.

7. Go to the countryside in holidays to swim or playing kites.
ELDERLY
1. Do light exercises in the morning.
2. Go to walk in the park and do not stay at home the whole day.
3. If the body is strong enough, do some simple housework such as tidying up the tables and bringing grandchildren to schools so as to keep smooth movement of the body.

5. join the activities of the community centre with friends to make more friends.
